Eye from the Alley is a story set in a version of our reality where there was  a war that never was. All of the children's stories and fables have a basis in reality, but the world has no idea that any of that occurred. instead, humanity goes about its day none the wiser. While right underneath their noses, the war that never was may soon be raging again,

The story follows a group of veterans from this war doing their best to survive in what has come after. Mythical creatures hide in an alley known as Fairhampton Lane, and these veterans live out their days in relative solitude around the planet. However, all of that is about to change. Mysterious eyes have begun appearing around crime scenes, a tomb has been opened that should never have been, and old love threatens to destroy what remains.

This story began in college when I had to write a couple of short stories for a creative writing class. These short stories were all very different, but they could also fit very well together. Thus, Eye from the Alley was born and I cannot wait for it to reach its conclusion, whenever that may be.
